Reidy Communications/PR2.0

Reidy Communications provides the same full range of PR services a large, multinational agency offers. We just do it better.

Reidy Communications provides the same full range of PR services a large, multinational agency offers. We just do it better — How? Because we’re small (and like it that way) and we focus on a select group of clients. Plus, the people you meet at the pitch meeting are the same people who will develop the strategy, execute your programs, stay on the front lines with reporters and serve as your day-to-day contacts.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer programs that cost a lot and deliver a little. If you’ve ever participated in a two-day re-messaging retreat, you know what we’re talking about. Instead, we are 100% focused on the programs that GET IT DONE and generate meaningful results for your company.

Media Relations: This is where the rubber-meets-the-road and we pride ourselves with the fact that the same folks that come up with the strategy are on the front lines pitching on your behalf. When you have “one bullet to shoot” with the WSJ, NYT, etc. we think you should have an adult (not a 22-year old just out of school) representing you.

Thought Leadership: This is an extension of media relations and something we do particularly well. Rather than going head-to-head with competitors, we elevate your firm and change/lead the conversation, thus positioning you as an industry thought-leader that is sought out by top media. Sounds fun? It is!

Social Media: Twitter, Facebook and the others. How and when you leverage those social networks can make all the difference in your ability to amplify your story successfully to the right influencers. Social media is a part of all of our PR strategies – and it should be a part of yours too!

Analyst Relations: We view analyst relations as industry validation with a HAMMER. When strategically approached, AR can be a powerful tool, especially in select industries (software, interactive, etc.).

Blogging Strategies: We view Blogs as a natural extension to “traditional PR,” but one that requires a different approach. We help clients with internal blogging strategies as well as external strategies — there is no doubt this is an increasingly important audience.

Writing: Press Releases, Newsletters & Contributed Articles: Our experience allows us to quickly grasp concepts and communicate them clearly to appropriate audiences: technical, functional, financial or general. We help clients with a range of writing projects, including:

Speaker's Bureau: Leveraging keynotes and panels effectively to garner additional media is what we do. Unlike other firms, we passionately seek out the latest and greatest events and make sure you are getting in front of the right audiences.

Issues Management: “Oh the trouble we’ve seen…” We help clients with anticipated crises’ and those out of left field. We have a solid methodology for this and are we’re comfortable in any situation. Bring it!

Media Training: We have coached Fortune 500 CEOs, small business CEOs and managers, Goldman Sachs analysts and bankers and everyone in-between. We want to put you in the worst-case-scenario so that you can handle any interview that comes your way.

Message Articulation/Positioning: We secure the interviews and our clients must deliver the right messages. We work with you to ensure all client interviews are a home run!

Media Dinners: This is one of our “special sauces.” Bringing together business and trade press to discuss trends over dinner and drinks with clients and customers is something we’ve been doing successfully for many years. I can’t divulge any more, but this program is one of our clients’ favorites.

Investor Relations: From the hey-day (pre dot.com era) to today, many of us have been on the front lines of announcing numerous M&As, IPOs and a few other TLAs (three letter acronyms), as well as working hands-on with various Investment banks. We are more than comfortable drafting conference call scripts, writing financial news releases and pitching targeted financial press.

On-line Event Management: We support everything from Web seminars to press conferences and even virtual events on “Second Life.” Online events are simply another vehicle that clients can use to better communicate their value proposition to targeted customers and media.
